Specially Designed Owner-Builder Program
A General
Contractor is NOT required by the lender, thus you can put the profit and
overhead into your pocket. Any size, shape or loan amount will be considered
up to 90% of the project cost. Land loans and land draws are available.
Interest reserves and contingencies are also available if the equity or loan
to value ratio permit. Reduced rates and fees are afforded clients of PMHI.
Only one application is necessary for both the construction and permanent
(take-out) loans with numerous options available. Twelve month, interest
only construction financing is available with easy, no hassle extensions and
a flexible draw schedule tailored to the owner-builder and PMHI package
requirements.
